1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of Gemwheels ("we", "us", "the platform"). By registering or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide an automotive matchmaking platform for buyers and sellers in the UK. Sellers pay a one-time £30 listing fee. Buyers pay 1% of the vehicle price after delivery. Additional services may have separate fees as set out on our Pricing page.
3. Sellers
Sellers must provide accurate vehicle information and maintain listing integrity. We reserve the right to remove listings that breach our Acceptable Use Policy. The £30 fee is non-refundable once the listing is published.
4. Buyers
Our 1% buyer fee is due after successful delivery and your confirmation of satisfaction. We coordinate search, verification, and delivery but do not take title to vehicles. Disputes are handled in line with our Dispute Resolution Process.
5. Liability
We are not liable for the condition of vehicles, actions of users, or third-party services (e.g. inspections, delivery). Our liability is limited as permitted by UK law.
